The title is a pun some Americans might understand but I agree it does not travel well outside the US.
The Republicans here are constantly ranting about "job creators." It's an empty phrase they throw around, considering most of them haven't a clue about the basics of economics.
It need a more appropriate title such as "How To Ask The Boss For A Raise."
