The Loan Shark
When Manny's customers failed to make payments on time, he made them get down on their knees and pay a special fee. He soon realized, however, that some of his borrowers were deliberately being slow in paying.
the landlord for my very 1st solo apt. in college suggested there might be more than one way to pay my rent. the guy was hot so i played along. bad decision. once was hot but a guy having a master guy to my place and showing up unannounced to collect got too complicated. it was a great apt. and fortunately he finally started taking checks. cheers!
