I wonder when porn is shot like this, how much of it is planned in advance and how much is just spontaneous? I've been on plenty of "legit" film shoots, where most everything is carefully choreographed to the ninth degree, with little room for improvisation. I have the feeling porn is somewhat different, but likely depends on the performers.
