Someone posted these on Usenet with the tag that this is Steven Beck who appeared in Playgirl, but that information may be incorrect. A search of a model who appeared under that name in the magazine turns up nothing.

Purportedly, 75 percent of Playgirl buyers and subscribers have always been gay men. The publishers have long known this fact, but to admit this openly would subject them to ridicule for perpetuating their charade and a smaller market because many vendors would not carry a "gay" magazine. Naked men with rigid cocks targeted to sex-crazed women, however, is perfectly respectable.
