These are stills from a vintage magazine called David Meets the Woodsman, the same title of the film where these two appear in this scene. David Carter plays some kind of highway surveyor and Richard Miller is the woodsman.

According to GayEroticVideoIndex.com, this flick was made in 1976. David Carter was a bodybuilder who produced his own erotic films featuring other bodybuilders as performers. I don't know if they're available on DVD today.
