The Investigation

Officer Arad of the California Highway Patrol visits Harley's office and informs the arrogant young executive he's being investigated for tossing a lit cigarette from his car, which caused a small brush fire.

Harley has no time for such pettiness and tries to give the cop the bum's rush. But Officer Arad will not be pushed around and tells Harley he is under arrest for his offenses.

The young executive immediately pretends to be contrite and tells the officer he'll do anything to prevent prosecution. Officer Arad decides the best way to handle Harley's arrogance is to mete out some spontaneous justice with a punishment he'll remember.

"I'll make the charges go away if you suck my cock," Arad tells him. "And then turn over and get fucked in the ass."

Harley meekly does as he's told. He never reveals that his biggest fantasy has always been a good rough fuck from an assertive, muscular cop just like Officer Arad.
