Major Neighborhood Fire

Early Wednesday evening, a neighbor's house caught fire and was partially destroyed before firefighters could extinguish it. The flames took out palm trees in front, which in turn set several telephone poles on fire.

That blaze burned out a transformer and all the lines — electric, phone, cable, and internet. As a result, I'm offline for the next few days until we can be connected again. Photo sets and political posts will resume at that time.
