He's been accusing the whistleblower of fabricating what he/she wrote, that he/she's a spy, that he/she's a traitor. He claims to know all these things about the whistleblower but does not know his or her identity.
Bloomberg published a video yesterday of Trump spewing and ranting for fifteen minutes in a rambling babble to a group described as "diplomats" (link here or here without a paywall). Given Trump is widely inside the State Department amongst the rank and file, one has to wonder if they were mostly Trump supporters brought in for the event to cheer him on.
Whenever Trump acts like this, one should always ask the question: is this the way an innocent man reacts? The answer should be obvious.
