First, Trump's longtime close friend the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was denied bail yesterday on his latest child sex trafficking charges (details here). He will be held in custody until his trial.
The big question here is whether federal prosecutors are trying to flip Epstein and have him testify against anyone else, in exchange for leniency. Whether or not that's a reality will become known with time.
The second is that the documents in Michael Cohen's prosecution were unsealed yesterday, which confirmed that Trump was deeply involved in the hush money scandal (details here). This could form the basis of a criminal prosecution of Trump if he's defeated in the 2020 election.
People have been combing through these documents and some other interesting items have popped out. One, for instance, is the odd parallels between the Stormy Daniels revelations and the Katie Johnson allegations (details here).
Both of these developments are new so more will likely shake down in the coming days. Stay tuned.
