Some neighborhoods are particularly popular for shoots and that may make the neighbors particuarly militant. Dead-end streets are often chosen because of the reduced noise, but that can exacerbate congestion and increase tensions. We rarely have shoots on my street because parking spaces are almost non-existent due to the narrowness. The next street over, however, is quite popular. I tend to avoid driving down that one.
