Last Night

Last night, the two presidential candidates met in what was called a debate but was actually a verbal brawl.

The event proved, once again, that any event with Donald Trump squaring off against another candidate cannot be called a debate. He was rude, obnoxious, boorish, arrogant, constantly interrupting, and nearly always dishonest.

Trump also made a serious error that was a gift to Democrats and will come back to haunt him. Asked to denounce white supremacy, he refused to do so and instead, in a direct callout to a hate group, said "Proud Boys, stand back and stand by." Proud Boys are a violent, white-men-only neo-fascist group that regularly engages in racist and homophobic violence.

Joe Biden held his own, considering the circumstances. Trump has repeatedly defamed him by questioning his mental capacity, so simply by speaking and responding like a normal human being, Biden put the ghost to that lie.

The match-up moved zero on-the-fence undecideds to Trump, as evidenced by the post-debate focus groups run by the various television networks. It moved undecideds to Biden.

Trump had a high hurdle to clear for the event — to lessen his deficit in polling — and on that point he failed miserably and thus lost the debate. Biden won by default.

Time to give Trump his eviction notice. If you've not registered already, you need to do it right now. Registration closes in some states in only a few days.

Three on a Bed

The three performers here are Griffin Barrows, Aidan Apex, and Gabriel Cross. Griffin retired from the porn business last year but still makes videos for the various fan website, which are fee based. Presumably that pays better than porn productions.

Gabriel is still in the business but apparently Aidan never has been. He just makes the fan site videos with friends, like this one. That may be the future of the porn business.

More Revelations

Last night, the New York Times published another investigative article (link here) on Donald Trump's taxes.

This one focuses on how his tax returns reveal his absolutely dire financial situation right before he was brought on board to host the reality show that ultimately became a springboard for his presidential run. If it wasn't for that television program, he would have slid into personal bankruptcy and lost everything.

In short, as a real estate investor, Trump was and still is pretty much a failure and drowning in debt. What money he has had is from the reality show and things that spun off from it. Indeed, the program netted him $427 million — $197 million for appearing on the show itself and an additional $230 million in income that was a direct result of appearing on television.

He is, essentially, famous for being famous. Like nearly all reality TV "stars."

In the beginning of the article, Trump's original voiceover from his reality TV show begins with him saying "I used my brain, I used my negotiating skills and I worked it all out. Now, my company is bigger than it ever was and stronger than it ever was."

That, of course, was a gigantic lie, as the Times makes clear with this statement: "It was all a hoax."

Trump was never really a successful businessman. He was a successful con artist. He has lied his whole life about what he's done, as his niece Mary Trump makes abundantly clear in her explosive book.

Massive News

Late yesterday, the New York Times broke the extraordinary story (link here) that it had obtained the last eighteen years worth of Donald Trump's tax returns.

Although he once promised many times to release them, Trump never did and then fought viciously to keep them secret, a battle that has cost taxpayers countless millions because he has used the Justice Department as his personal attorneys for nearly all of the legal wrangling.

We now know why he fought so hard to keep them secret: he's massively in debt and more often than not paid little or no income taxes at all.

Indeed, the year he was elected President and then the first year he was in office, he paid $750 each year in taxes. And, in eleven of the last eighteen years, he has paid no taxes at all.

Per the Times article: "his finances are under stress, beset by losses and hundreds of millions of dollars in debt coming due that he has personally guaranteed. Also hanging over him is a decade-long audit battle with the Internal Revenue Service over the legitimacy of a $72.9 million tax refund that he claimed, and received, after declaring huge losses. An adverse ruling could cost him more than $100 million."

"The tax returns that ... Trump has long fought to keep private tell a story fundamentally different from the one he has sold to the American public. His reports to the IRS portray a businessman who takes in hundreds of millions of dollars a year yet racks up chronic losses that he aggressively employs to avoid paying taxes. Now, with his financial challenges mounting, the records show that he depends more and more on making money from businesses that put him in potential and often direct conflict of interest with his job as president."

Bottom line: There is a good chance you've paid more in income tax than Trump in many recent years. I know I have.

Accompanying the Times piece is a second article that's just as revealing, if not more so (link here). That's titled "18 Revelations From a Trove of Trump Tax Records." Don't miss that. And, the Times's editorial staff is saying more tax revelations will be reported in the very near future. So definitely stay tuned.

Let's throw this fraud out into the street. It's time to register to vote if you haven't done so already. Registration closes in some states next week. Click here to register or to check your status if you're already registered.

The Shake Down

Last week, Vanity Fair published an excerpt (link here) from a new book titled White House Inc.; How Donald Trump Turned the Presidency Into a Business.

The excerpt focuses in part on blatant bribery between the small country of Qatar and Donald Trump and his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

While Qatar had always been a close ally of the United States, during the first two years of Trump's administration, he publicly dumped on the country many times and took Saudi Arabia's side in a dispute between the two countries.

Then, suddenly, in 2018, Trump's tune about Qatar radically changed. He couldn't help them enough with favors funded by the American taxpayer. The Emir of Qatar, their head of state, was invited for a special visit to the White House and a one-on-one meeting in the Oval Office.

At this same time, unknown to the public, the country of Qatar signed a long-term lease for a large office suite in a building Trump partially owns. Curiously, they never moved into the building, and the suite remains vacant, notwithstanding they pay a six-figure rent every month.

Concurrent to this, an investment group that includes the country of Qatar signed a $1.3 billion lease to rent a white elephant building the Trump's son-in-law Kushner owns with his family. Kushner also suddenly went from being anti-Qatar to one of their most vocal champions in the West Wing.

Kushner also met repeatedly with Qatar officials around this time in the West Wing to negotiate financing for his and his family's company.

Trump has a long history of business transactions like these, where foreign nationals rent offices they never use, pay for hotel suites they never occupy, and buy overpriced real estate that sits empty. This is a great way to launder money and also to pay bribes.

It's time Trump's giant cesspool of corruption was shut down. If you haven't done so already, register to vote today — registration closes in some states next week. Click here to sign up or to check that your status is good if you're already registered.

Injustice

Today, Donald Trump is expected to announce a nomination for the Supreme Court vacancy caused by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsberg last week.

The focus in this entry will not be the extreme poor taste of rushing to nominate someone nor the extreme hypocrisy in Republican Senators voting to confirm someone six weeks before an election when they refused to do it under President Obama when a vacancy occurred a year before an election.

Instead, the focus today is on the threat to LGBT and other civil rights that Trump's nominee, if confirmed, would represent. The media is reporting, as of this writing Friday night, that the selection is Amy Coney Barrett.

Not surprisingly, Barrett ideologically is on the far right and is religiously dogmatic. If confirmed, she could very well be the farthest right on the high court.

Any Trump Supreme Court nominee is a potential threat to LGBT and other civil rights (details here). Barrett, however, is likely even more dangerous because she has steadfastly demonstrated little respect for Supreme Court precedent, or what is known in legal circles as stare decisis (details here).

The English common law system, and the American common law system by extension, are both founded in the bedrock principle of adhering to previous court rulings. This is why Supreme Court rulings, like Obergefell v. Hodges which upheld same-sex marriage, are binding throughout the country once decided. Any law or court ruling that violates or contradicts a Supreme Court precedent, thereafter, is invalid and unenforceable.

Far-right lawyers and judges like Barrett, however, believe that precedent simply can be ignored if they decide the precedent wasn't the "right" decision. So if she wished, she could simply overturn a landmark ruling like Obergefell if it wasn't "right" in her eyes.

Conservatives forever complain about how "liberal" judges allegedly ignore existing law and write their own. In reality, conservatives are the ones who do this and judges like Barrett are at that forefront.

Further, Barrett has strong links to ultra-conservative Catholic organizations with anti-LGBT histories and has spoken before the so-called "Alliance Defending Freedom," an anti-LGBT hate group. She could be very dangerous to all of our futures as a deciding vote on an increasingly theocratic, dogmatic, far-right Supreme Court.

The remedy for this is to vote Trump out of office on November third so he can make no more judicial nominations. The Supreme Court justice with the must vulnerable health now is a conservative, so a Democratic President could bring the high court back to is equilibrium with progressive nominees who aren't trying to turn the country into a Dark Ages theocracy.

When Tops Collide

Both Hugh and Dylan are aggressive tops here, which makes for a very hot flip-flop scene. Hugh tops in about half the films he does whereas Dylan, the one with the most tattoos, tops about eighty percent of the time.

Historic

Yesterday, the non-partisan public interest group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) issued a scathing and detailed report (link here) documenting about how Donald Trump has had more than 3,400 conflicts of interest since he became President.

Many of the most flagrant involve his self enrichment with taxpayer funds at his commercial properties, profiting him handsomely. Trump's visits to his own properties have cost taxpayers more than $100 million.

"Trump continues to be the most corrupt president in history," the CREW report says in the introduction. "Trump has made it abundantly clear that any claim of separation from his business was a lie. The extraordinary numbers in this report paint a picture of a President who is fixated on the personal financial benefits he might derive from his public service — and a whole ecosystem of officials, special interests and governments that exploit that fixation in order to curry favor and advance their own interests."

"As the president continues to harness the office of the presidency for his own personal gain, Americans can no longer trust that he makes decisions in our interest, rather than his own," it continues. "From foreign governments and industries throwing lavish events at his properties to donors and customers buying their way to ambassadorships and top political offices, corruption surrounds this President literally every day."

When you click through to the link, be sure to click through the second link to the full report which thoroughly documents the extensive corruption.

This massive corruption must end. Our chance to see that happens is Election Day on November third.

Chaos

The November issue of The Atlantic will feature a deeply disturbing article that's already available online (link here) about how Donald Trump might use state legislatures and other measures to hold onto power even if he clearly loses the election this year.

The piece reads like a dystopian horror story that's certainly credible, if not particularly likely. As we've already seen, Trump and the Republicans have been battling in court to knock down every state measure that makes it easier for people to vote, hoping that a low turnout will help him. Many of those attempts have been thwarted legally.

There's one way to defeat scenarios like this from happening, and it's spelled right out in the secondary title of the article: it really would only work if the election outcome is close.

If Trump loses in a landslide, the chances of him pulling off something like the scenario in the piece is close to nonexistent. But if the count is very close like it was in the year 2000, and the outcome of the race all comes down to one late-counting state, and that state has a legislature under Republican control, then the article's hypothesis becomes much more likely.

Unfortunately, most of the so-called battleground or swing state legislatures have GOP majorities: Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

This is why a high turnout is important and everyone opposed to Trump must vote against him. As well, high turnout helps in statehouse races.

Many state seats are also up for reelection in November, and some of those statehouses could be lost to GOP control. This second point is critically important because state legislatures are usually seated on January 3rd, more than two weeks before Inauguration Day.

If a state like Michigan or Pennsylvania or Wisconsin sees their state house/assembly switch to a Democratic majority, in no way would they modify voting rules to accommodate Trump as the linked article suggests.

Stunningly Misleading

At a campaign rally in Ohio on Monday night, Donald Trump said the following about Covid-19 (details here and here):

"It affects elderly people. Elderly people with heart problems and other problems. If they have other problems, that’s what it really affects. If they have other problems, that’s what it really affects. That’s it. You know, in some states, thousands of people, nobody young. Below the age of 18, like, nobody. They have a strong immune system, who knows. You look — take your hat off to the young, because they have a hell of an immune system. But it affects virtually nobody. It’s an amazing thing."

This is a flat-out lie and Trump knows it's a lie. In his recorded discussions with writer Bob Woodward, he spoke gravely about how coronavirus is so dangerous for every age group.

"Now, it’s turning out, it’s not just old people, Bob," Trump told Woodward in March during a recorded session. "Just today and yesterday, some startling facts came out. It’s not just older. It’s plenty of young people." Trump then went on to discuss how severely it affects patients' breathing and heart function.

Indeed, nearly 10 percent of Covid-19 infections in the United States have been infants and minors. And currently the fastest growing pool of new infections is amongst teenagers and those in their twenties.

Trump knew. And he knowingly lied on Monday. Like he's been lying since the beginning.

We must get this liar out of the White House. He's an outright menace. Voter registration starts closing in two weeks in some states.

Sex Slave

To begin, this video is entirely consensual. The top, Zilv Gudel, and bottom, named Rourke, are engaged to be married in real life. Their romance is definitely a case of opposites attract.

They've made a whole bunch of videos like this that they sell on various amateur hardcore sites. They are also monogamous and do not make scenes with any other partners.

Untrustworthy

ABC News found some startling results in their latest Covid-19 public opinion poll, which they reported on Sunday (link here).

Speaking about Donald Trump, nearly 70 percent of Americans "report having no confidence at all in him to confirm the safety of a potential inoculation."

That's a shocking and tragic number. People need to be able to trust their leaders. But Trump has been caught lying so many times that people simply cannot trust him to tell the truth about anything.

What would happen if an emergency like September 11 struck when Trump was President? We could expect any announcement that he made to be untruthful.

The Covid-19 pandemic got so bad in the United States because Trump lied for months and didn't put the necessary medical infrastructure back into place after dismantling it. In large part, he created this mess. How could people trust him about the anedote?

Americans need a President whom they can trust. That's why Trump needs to be removed from office by voters on November third. Click here to register or to check your registation status. Do it now, because voter registration closes in two weeks in some states.
