Off With His Head

On Tuesday, Donald Trump's attorney general William Barr said the Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election.

This, of course, contradicts Trump's baseless claims of massive fraud, an endlessly repeated allegation for which neither he nor anyone else has provided any proof.

Now, the Washington Post is reporting that Trump is so livid at Barr for what he said that he is even considering firing him (details here).

Talk about a runaway "off with his head" megalomania. Trump leaves office in less than seven weeks. Firing an attorney general this late in an administration would look exactly like what it is — petty revenge.

Day in, day out, Trump demonstrates how emotionally unqualified he is to serve as president of a bake sale let alone President of the United States.
